Tuna Salad

Priscilla's Tuna Salad

I absolutely love tuna and tuna salad, but no one else in my house likes tuna at all. So I enjoy sharing some with my sister whenever I make this!

Yield:  4 - 6

Ingredients:

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp Mrs Dash table blend

2 cans (5 oz) water packed tuna, well drained

3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped

1/4 cup dill relish

1/4 cup red onion, minced or finely chopped

Instructions:

1.  In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, and mrs dash and stir well to combine.

2.  Add the tuna, eggs, pickles, and onions to the bowl and stir until all of the ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce and well mixed.

3.  Serve right away or cover in air tight container and refrigerate until chilled.

Notes:

If you need the best way to get a good peel for a hard boiled egg, see my deviled egg recipe. I have included those instructions there.
