Asparagus & Tomatoes Roasted

 Priscilla's Roasted Asparagus & Tomatoes


A great tasting side dish that is pretty and colorful as a bonus!


Yield:  4


Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh asparagus, rinse and trimmed

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 tbsp grated parmesan


Instructions:

1.  Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a rimmed baking sheet.

2.  Add the asparagus and tomatoes to a bowl and add all the ingredients. Toss until evenly coated. Spread everything out in a single layer on the baking sheet.

3.  Bake for 15-20 minutes until . Add more grated parmesan or a little shredded parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
