I have been trying to cook healthier meals and lose weight when nothing else has worked for me. I added a new section called Healthy Living today. My goal is to try new recipes and healthier ingredients that may inspire others to change and enjoy healthy eating as well. My inspiration actually came from my brother in law and his success from eating better.
We all say we should eat better, but how often do we say it, and then just kind of forget all about it. It is easier to not change, and unless we put effort into a change of eating and lifestyles, change will not come.
