Priscilla's Caesar Chicken Thighs (Boneless)
Making this for our dinner tonight! Easy, simple, and quick!
Yield: 5
Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs, boneless skinless
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp Lawry's season salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz Marzetti creamy caesar dressing
2 1/2 tbsp shredded parmesan or tuscan blend flakes, 1/2 tbsp on each thigh
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a prepared 9x13 baking dish, place the chicken thighs right side up. Mix the salts and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle a little of the mixture on each thigh. Flip the thighs over with tongs and sprinkle the remaining mixture on the bottoms.
2. Slowly pour the caesar dressing on each thigh, careful to use only half. Take a spoon or spatula and spread the dressing evenly over the thigh. Flip the thigh back over and repeat on the top of the thighs, using the remainder of the dressing.
3. Bake the thighs for 20 - 30 minutes, until the temperature with a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees. Take out of the oven and turn the broiler on high. Sprinkle the parmesan onto the top of each thigh. Return the dish to the oven to broil the cheese for 2-3 minutes until melted and starting to brown.
4. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle each thigh with a little fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
