Steak Marinade

Priscilla's Steak Marinade

Who doesn't enjoy a good steak!? I made this recipe with 2 things in mind; the flavor and how I like my steak juicy.

Yield:  2-4

Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 lb of steak, any cut

2 tsp + 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Lawry's season salt

2 tsp better than bouillon beef

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp McCormick's rotisserie chicken seasoning

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp water

Instructions:

1.  Mix all the ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag and make sure it all mixes well throughout.

2.  Add the steak of your choice to the bag. Close and seal the bag, making sure you get the extra air out of the bag. Let marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour. I have let it marinade for up to 6 hours or so and it turns out fine!

3.  Take out of the marinade and place on the grill, broiler pan, or whatever you prefer. Throw out the remaining marinade.
